Ministry Leadership Training
Training Summary:
Ministry Leadership Training is for those who are elected or called to ministry leadership. This training provides leaders with the 5 key fundamentals of ministry leadership, methods for operating effectively in ministry, and key principles of effective discipleship while building an effective prayer, fasting, and Bible base life.
Course Goal:
The goal of the course is to equip leaders with the key ways of Imparting the Word of God with an advanced approach to discipleship. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the common functions of ministry leadership, day-to-day operations, and methods for operating a well-oiled ministry engine. The course also provides a short historical survey of biblical leaders that demonstrated divine characteristics in serving the kingdom.
Course Objective:
The objective is to stimulate the attendees’ leadership gifts, skills, understanding, passion, and knowledge to facilitate growth and advancement in their roles as leaders. Each student will walk away with a better understanding of the importance of discipleship, and how laboring in excellence when doing the work of God benefits the building of the kingdom of God.
